Dr. Johana Cortés

Dr. Cortés loves being able to transform people’s smiles as well as their self-confidence and lives through her work. Born and raised in San Juan, Dr. Cortés attended the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus before earning her DMD at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine.

She then completed her residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx before receiving her specialty training in orthodontics as well as a Master of Science in Dentistry from Case Western Reserve University.

To make sure she only offers the most advanced and effective treatment available today, Dr. Cortés is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association.
